In 2021 we launched our Licence to Hire training, which is available to all hiring managers, providing tools to be inclusive and mitigate bias throughout the recruitment process. The goal of the training is to attract, assess and hire the most qualified candidates from the broadest and most diverse talent pools, and it also provides practical guidance for both building and being part of an inclusive team. The training is available in 12 different languages and is also accessible to colleagues who use assistive technology and is compatible with a screen reader.
