* Assist in the management of the content on our homepages, landing pages and general help pages, ensuring they are always optimised for conversion rate and revenue to the highest degree
* Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication of all relevant content plans
* Proactively work with the Customer Service Centre to ensure continuous improvement of all content that drives customers to call with the objective to reducing calls where possible via general help and support pages
* Support the Digital Trading & Merchandising team with the delivery of their product/category content across all digital platforms, prioritising to those that drive the most value
* Manage the uploading of all content related merchandising banners across all UK & IE & App platforms
* Where relevant, measure, analyse and report regularly on the performance of content and assets and use this insight to make continuous recommendations to improve
* Where relevant, support a test and learn mentality by A/B testing content to ensure the customer experience is maximised
* Build briefs to translate digital requirements using customer insights and understanding how our customers shop our digital platforms
* Action all content changes required on time and aligning to the customer plan
* Comfortable with clearly communicating to all relevant stakeholders changes to our approach and the content we are surfacing on the website
* Proactively work closely with relevant stakeholders to understand future content requirements and the impact these have on our digital channels
* Stay abreast of relevant competitor activity, understanding how others deliver content and use this insight to drive change/improvements where required
